I was very disappointed to read the article written about the care given to residents at The Views at St. Joseph's. I have lived at The Views for over 10 years and I have never had any problems. The staff are great. I have no concerns about any of the staff. In fact, I still keep in touch with some of them who have retired. The staff members become like family to the residents.
I think the food is good; it isn't easy to cook for so many people but they do a good job.
We have lots of activities to do here...we go shopping, swimming and many, many other activities right here at The Views.
I admire all of the staff and volunteers for the work they do.
I am sad that someone would write an article about our staff and particularly our wonderful hospital.
