On June 25th the Avalanche Bar & Grill in Courtenay and Amazing Pole Stunts proudly present, Carnivalution: a Cirque du Burlesque starring Heather Ireland as Sticky Betty (standing right). Also featured are risqué performances by Nikki Lochmatter as Pixi Child (standing left), Maranda Johnson as Lil’ Juicy (seated), and Will Stenson as Dominique. Included in the evening are fashion shows by local businesses, Herb ‘n’ Wear Sustainable Styles and Afterhours on the Darkside Lingerie. The event concludes with a bang featuring a dance party hosted by Carnivalution resident DJ, NoProfit.
