What a fun way to do your Christmas shopping and take in local culture at the same time! Teresa Knight and Sofie Skapski will open Sofie's studio to the public on Saturday, December 11 and Sunday, December 12 from 1 to 4 each day, displaying a wide selection of beautiful, one of a kind paintings in all price ranges and sizes. Prints and cards of their works are available too. Have a chat with your local artists over a complimentary cup of hot spiced cider and a tasty snack, and maybe find the perfect gift for someone special on your list.

Teresa Knight is well known for her moody and evocative twilight scenes, in contrast to Sofie Skapski's bright, sunlit canvases. Both artists will also be painting on site during the show. In an effort to help those less fortunate in our community have a happy Christmas, the artists will be collection food donations for the Comox Valley Food Bank. Every visitor who brings a donation for the food bank will receive a free art gift.
